Something spinning again

Nowadays, many things seems to be hunting me again. Lots of thinking need to be done and the best that i can describe: speechless, clueless and even more i dun have enough space and room to be stored in my head. I would prefer to LET IT GO ABOVE MY HEAD for a moment. This is what i used to do when all my MAJOR-PROBLEMS come to dead end. The first thing that bother's me much is about wat i earn for living now. Have been working about three years and I am so grateful to be apart of the team. The team itself, GREAT. But yeah, not all things will be as what we wished for aite. I can't deny DIFFERENT PEOPLE, DIFFERENT CHARACTERS.

Wat bothering me here is that how actually we are being review. I'm sure numbers of you out there know wat i meant. If you have bosses that review you on your capabilities on delivering your work, yeap, fair enough. But what happenes if THERE ARE bosses whom actually promote their FAVORS although THESE FAVORS are not actually 'people' who deserves the PROMOTION. In fact, they are actually measured by beauty, the way they speak and not their work. I didn't come to this situation but I raised this issue as it always happened. My concern here is, how can a company rely on THESE-FAVOR peoples? What actually can they contribute? their beauty instead?? Have a thought bosses. You'll loose the best KEY PLAYER in your team or organisation if you didn't realise what you do is totally WRONG and you deserve to be blame of if your team FAIL to perform. Appreciate the PEOPLE-WITH BRAIN not the ones with the LOOKS.

Back to my exact problem :D. The performance reviewed has been done for thiis year and inshaAllah, bonus will be out next month. The PEAK of my DISTURBANCE emotions with the so-call "LOVING DEPARTMENT"; I have applied other jobs ;). Have been attended interviews and awaiting offer letter. During my reviewed session, I will be assign MORE and MORE tasks and my job scope is expanding. What I know is that, even now, what I've been practising and been doing is more than what my JD is. So I am not that SURPRISED to know further for what I've heard. It will just be as it is.
